Hello,
I was reading your blog posts and found it interesting.

I am selected for EUMI but without scholarship. Now, I need to know I am the 21st (2nd in the reserved list) selection and do you think I have a real chance of getting the scholarship if someone leaves?

Any information is highly appreciated.
