Travel Insurance Survey

Although I have got the medical insurance from EuMI, they suggest me to have a travel insurance for my baggages. I have done a little survey about this, and it is not pricey. The problem is: Whether it is possible to claim the insurance in UK while I purchase the insurance here? If it is possible, which is the claim rate in GBP?

I have submitted an inquiry for each insurance I am interested.

• Axa Smart Travel - Plan I (1 - 4 days: 550 THB)
  
• ACE Insurance - First Class Plan (1- 4 days: 775 THB)
